In colloquial English, Hale & Hearty means something like "healthy all round". But when are you actually completely healthy?

Many people carry one or two ailments around with them - they wouldn't describe themselves as ill, but they don't really feel healthy either. This also includes psychological complaints that can severely restrict their enjoyment of life.

We have a well-stocked wardrobe, always have the latest technical gadgets and travel to the most remote places in our beautiful world. But what do we invest in our health? Paradoxically, many people cut back on this, following the motto: the doctor will fix it...

Whether to improve the overall constitution or to treat chronic illnesses, a great deal can be achieved with optimized nutrition, more exercise, mental techniques and naturopathy. The important thing is to get started and stick with it. The prerequisite for really lasting success is that you really want to change something out of your own motivation. Step by step, with realistic goals.

  • I want to eat as healthily as possible, but I am confused by the many contradictory statements in the media and need sound advice!

  • My doctor has strongly advised me to lose weight. I've been on so many diets and none of them have really worked in the long term!

  • I am actually healthy, but still don't feel really fit? I'm tired and listless - in short, I have the feeling that my body is lacking something!

  • I would like to actively prevent illness and would like tips on the best way to do this!

  • I have the feeling of being completely controlled by others and am always totally exhausted in the evening. Unfortunately, I haven't yet managed to get out of my hamster wheel on my own!

Could one of the following statements come from you?

Whatever your goal, I will provide you with professional advice and support you in changing your habits on the way to a healthier and happier life.
